Our Founder
Hey!
I’m Jon, the founder of Ripple Connect. My journey into the world of automation and custom CRM’s began with a simple need. My wife started a mobile pet grooming business and we needed help expanding and organizing our client list. We had grown our business so quickly and got stuck between a rock and a hard place.
We didn’t have the capital to hire more employees and we were so swamped with managing what we had, we couldn’t expand any further. This led to the purchasing of a custom CRM system for our business, which not only streamlined operations but also opened up time for us to expand, spend time with our family and get more involved with our church.
Inspired by the profound impact of the system within a short amount of time, I ventured further into the realm of systems development and automation. I worked with the company we hired to build the system out more in depth. Within 60 days of getting our new system, we brought in over twice our previous monthly revenue.
This sparked a passion for building systems and automations that ultimately drove me to establish Ripple Connect. I realized that my true passion was to help other businesses harness the power of automation to advance in their business and not just maintain their current state.
Ripple Connect is built on the belief that working on your business should propel you forward, allowing you to focus on growth and innovation rather than getting bogged down in day-to-day operations.
Plus we all have a life outside of business! I myself am a father of two awesome boys, a husband to an amazing woman, a worship leader and a leader of a men’s ministry. Automation has not only transformed my professional life but has also granted me the invaluable gift of time. Time that I choose to invest in my family and in living out my faith in Jesus Christ.
My personal philosophy at the heart of Ripple Connect: to empower business owners, especially parents, to reclaim their time, enabling them to dedicate themselves to their families and to lead by example.
